IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (a) of the Private Security Regulation Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, re-appoint— STEPHEN PHARES NG'ANG'A (PROF.) as Chairperson of the Private Security Regulatory Authority, for a further term of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st January, 2022.
