REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Hajir Mohamed, of P.O. Box 22532- 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0143000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 82/5449, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
