REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Shafi Hussein Varvani and (2) Khairunissa Hussein Varvani, both of P.O. Box 40036, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land situate in Mombasa District, registered under apartment No. G.1 in title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/929, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
