REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Patrick Kinyanjui Kimani, (2) Joseph Kiarie Kimani, (3) Elizabeth Wanjiku Wambura, (4) Josphat Kimani Wambura and (5) Francis Kamau Wambura, all of P.O. Box 49672- 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 453/3 Plot No. 4 Block 1, situate in Lake View Estate in Nakuru Municipality, by virtue of an indenture registered in Vol H24, Folio 50/3, File 11657, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
