REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Hanif, (2) Mohamed Yusuf and (3) Mumtaz Begum, as administrators of the estate of Mohamed Yusuf Badar Din (deceased), all of P.O. Box 66037-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/236, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered in Volume N36 Folio 389/5 File 11459, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012 provided that no objection has been received within that period.
