REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wamboi Njoroge, of P.O. Box 66-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0458 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 15/839, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction 24th December, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 6995 of the land under section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
