REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Ngure Thumi, of P.O. Box 115-10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.047 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laildpia, registered under title No. Laikipia/Daiga Umande Block 6/845 (Nyariginu), and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period. • Dated the 24th December, 2021.
