THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teresa Wangeci Njeri, of P.O. Box 12552, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Daiga Umande Block 2/4008 (Mwireri), and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
