REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ephantus Kibogo alias Ephantus Gachomo and (2) Stanley Mwangi Gichini Karanja (deceased), both of P.O. Box 592- 01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as Loc. Makuyu/Kimorori/Block.6 (Kathangi Farm)/896, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession cause No. 490 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) James Njau Gachomo, (2) 24th December, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 6997 Esther Kabura Gachomo and (3) Stanley Mwangi Gichini Karanja, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said (1) James Njau Gachomo, (2) Esther Kabura Gachomo and (3) Stanley Mwangi Gichini Karanja, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said whereas (1) Ephantus Kibogo alias Ephantus Gachomo and (2) Stanley Mwangi Gichini Karanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
