REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamweru Kibe (deceased), of P.O. Box 52, Kahuro in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.76 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc.8/Gatuya/529, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession cause No. 150 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Solomon Kamau Kamweru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said Solomon Kamau Kamweru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said whereas Kamweru Kibe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
