THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joyce Wangui Kinyanjui alias Joyce Wangui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.80 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc.20/Kambirwa/1630, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession cause No. 3 of 2012, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Mary Wangari Kinyanjui, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said Mary Wangari Kinyanjui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said whereas Joyce Wangui Kinyanjui alias Joyce Wangui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
