THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Wambui Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Inoi/Kiamburi/844, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. E44 of 2020, has issued grant and confiramtion letters to Pauline Wawira Gituku (ID/7811285) and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Pauline Wawira Gituku (ID/7811285), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rose Wambui Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
