GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14121

WHEREAS M'Marete M'Mbwiria alias Marete s/o Mbuiria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Abothuguchi/Githongo/727 and Abothuguchi/Kithirune/113, respectively, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 61 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Harriet Kambura Marete (ID/7736375), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the in title deeds issued in respect of M'Marete M'Mbwiria alias Marete s/o Mbuiria (deceased) are lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission documents R.L. 19 in the name of Harriet Kambura Marete (ID/7736375), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said M'Marete M'Mbwiria alias Marete s/o Mbuiria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
