THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Javan Onziru Onacha, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.03 hectare or thereabouts, known as Tiriki/Tigoi/1295, situate in the district of Hamisi, and whereas in the magistrate's court at Hamisi in succession cause No. 180 of 2020, has issued letters of administration in favour of Aggrey Onziru Onacha, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in favour of Aggrey Onziru Onacha, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Javan Onziru Onacha, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
