GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14128

WHEREAS (1) Said B. Ndege, (2) Raia A. Mkungu, (3) Omari Zonga, (4) Said H. Kabangi, (5) Hilmi M. Ahmed, (6) Said Mwinyikai Tomas, (7) Athuman Said Rimo, (8) Ali Juma Ngonyo, (9) Yasmin Dushmani Shabani, (10) David K. Kandie, (11) Silas Kiptui Kipchilat and (11) Kennedy Begi Onkoba, are registered as proprietors of those pieces of land containing 9.446 hectares or thereabout and 8.960 hectares or thereabout, known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block/151, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Mombasa in land case No. 310 of 2014, has ordered that Dignified Holdings Limited is the lawful proprietor of the said leasehold interest in the said Kwale/Diani Beach Block/151, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to issue certificate of lease issued to the said Dignified Holdings Limited, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said (1) Said B. Ndege, (2) Raia A. Mkungu, (3) Omani Zonga, (4) Said H. Kabangi, (51 Hilmi M. Ahmed, (6) Said Mwinyikai Tomas, (7) Athuman Said Rimo, (8) Ali Juma Ngonyo, (9) Yasmin. Dushmani Shabani, (10) David K. Kandie, (11) Silas Kiptui Kipchilat and (11) Kennedy Begi Onkoba, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 24th December, 2021.
