REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vincent Ogutu Ogola (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kameji/207, situate in the district of Migori, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed to (1) Andrew Ouko Ogola and (2) Persilah Adhiambo Ogutu, having been gazetted and confirmed as administrator, of the estate of Vincent Ogutu Ogola (deceased), in succession Cause No. 91 of 2019, in the Senior Resident Magistrate's Court at Rongo provided that no objection has been received within that period.
