THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pet Children Care, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, known as Gede/Dabaso/740, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Malindi in land case No. 60 of 2014, has decreed that Pet Children Care has failed in its objective and Gede/Dabaso/740 should revert back to the first Trustee of the deed who is Constance Tunda, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to amend the register as per the decree and register Constance Tunda as the registered owner of Gede/Dabaso/740, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pet Children Care, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
