THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KERICHO INSOLVENCY CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2021 IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 32 (4) of the Insolvency Act, 2015 and Rule 18 (4) of the Insolvency Regulations, 2016, that Prakash Babubhai Patel, of P.O. Box 210- 20200, Kericho, has instituted Insolvency Cause No. 1 of 2021 at Kericho High Court seeking to be adjudged bankrupt and have the court appoint a fit and proper person as trustee of his property in accordance to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015. Any creditor having a claim against Prakash Babubhai Patel is advised to inspect the Statement of Affairs filed in the cause and if the creditor intends to oppose the grant of the Bankruptcy Order, the same is invited to state in writing the grounds of his/her opposition and file the same in the cause.
