NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st October, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1698, in Volume DI, Folio 366/5564, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Sir Henry Onundu Nyakweba, of P.O. Box 4112-40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nickson Onundu Nyakweba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nickson Onundu Nyakweba and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sir Henry Onundu Nyakweba for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sir Henry Onundu Nyakweba only.
