NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 619, in Volume B-13, Folio 2153/18033, File No. 1637, by our client, Moufeed Mohammad Ismail, of P.O. Box 90707-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mishell Mohamed Ismael, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mishell Mohamed Ismael and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Moufeed Mohammad Ismail, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Moufeed Mohammad Ismail only.
