APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) and (4) of the Sacco Societies Act, 2008, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints— PETER KAHUNYO NJUGUNA to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA), for a period of four (4) years, with effect from the 18th August, 2021.
