APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 12th March, 2016, I appointed James N. Gachanga, Co-operative Officer, Nairobi City County, to be liquidator for Coffee Workers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/1954) (in liquidation), for a period not exceeding one (1) year and subsequent periods extended. And whereas the said appointed James N. Gachanga has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period having exited the public service, I now therefore extend the liquidation period for Coffee Workers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/1954) (in liquidation) for another period not exceeding one(1) year and appoint Gerald Mwai, Chief Co- operative Auditor, Nairobi City County, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
