NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of the Labour Relations Act, 2007to all trade unions, federation of trade unions, employers organizations arid federations, of the receipt of application for registration of the following: Technology and Information On-Line Services Workers Union of Kenya The notice is given to all trade unions and federations, to submit in writing any objections against the registration of the trade union within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice.
