TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2021 By Samwel Kipkoech Sigei, of P.O. Box 690, Kericho, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsige arap Marisin, who died there on 27th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2021 By (1) Sarah Chepkoech Boror and (2) Simon Kipkoech Boror, both of P.O. Box 69, Roret, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherobon Tekutwo alias Cherobon arap Tegutwo, who died at Kapsiara, on 15th April, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
