Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njoroge Kamoche, late of Rurii Location, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 29th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E470 OF 2021 By Alice Muthoni Maina, of P.O. Box 431–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Maina Gathege, late of Ndaragua Location, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 29th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
