TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2021 By (1) Dama Chai Jefwa and (2) Kafedha Chai Jefwa, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chai Jefwa Baya, who died at Madamani, Kilifi, on 10th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2021 By Bahati William Alfayo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Kenga Yeri, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 28th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
