E122 OF 2021 By Hannah Ndundu Njuguna, the decesed’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Njuguna, who died at Kijabe Sub-location, on 7th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2021 By (1) Hannah Mwihaki Kiiru and (2) Florence Gaturi Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 787–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the decesed’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kinyanjui Njenga, who died at Tatu City, Kiambu Road, on 16th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2021 By (1) Charles Njonjo Kiarie and (2) Anastasia Wangari Wachira, both of P.O. Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kiarie alias Thomas Kiarie Kagui, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
