TAKE NOTICE that application shaving been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2021 By (1) George Kamande Muchoki and (2) James Muiruri Mucoki, both of P.O. Box 767–00618, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchoki Njuguna alias Muchoki Gicini, who died at Gakuyu Sub-location, on 16th April, 2007. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2021 By (1) John Kamande Muiruri and (2) Peter Muchoki Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 35, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 16th June, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
