TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2021 By Ronald Mukuna Omuyoma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Renson Omuyoma Amwayi alias Arunga Amwayi, who died at Vihiga, on 12th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. 355 OF 2021 By Luke A. Tamu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tamu Tete Ayiela alais Tete Ayiela, who died on 28th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. 370 OF 2021 By Benard Otiende Mbuya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Otiende Ogada, who died at Kakamega, on 29th March, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
