TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2021 By (1) Targok Kiptui and (2) Vincent Yator Kiptui, both of P.O. Box 30, Kabartonjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptui Cheptoo, who died at Kaptere, on 16th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2021 By (1) Samuel Kipngok Ngotei and (2) Enock Kiprono Komen, both of P.O. Box 307–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngok Chebechei alias Kimngok Chebechei, who died at Kaptigen, Tengen, on 3rd September, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
