TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2021 By Joseph Mutuku Mutie, of P.O. Box 194, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jones Mbindyo Mutie, late of Makueni, who died at Mbooni Sub-District Hospital in Kenya, on 16th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2021 By Musau Mutala Mang’eng’e, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutala Mang’eng’e Kiumo, who died at Ilani, on 7th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
