TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2021 By Muthui Mulyungi, of P.O. Box 1−90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Mbaluka & Co., advocates, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngangi Suva Mwenga, late of Yanzuva Sub-location, who died there on 29th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2021 By Loice Masaa Mwangangi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mwangangi Nzau, who died at Mwingi Sub-location, on 18th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
