TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 351 OF 2021 By Dickson Ochuka Anyera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyela Omukhango, who died at Ebusiralo Sub-location, on 15th August, 1985. CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2021 By Thomas Davis Ekhubi Andebe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andebe Andebe, who died at Busali Sub-location, on 11th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. 356 OF 2021 By Silvan William Okwengu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apollo Akanda Okwengu alias Apollo Okwengu, who died at Ebusakami Sub- location, on 27th April, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
