TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 236 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Owala Onyango and (2) William Owino Ong’ondo, both of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Auma, who died on 12th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. 238 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Owala Onyango and (2) William Owino Ong’ondo, the deceased’s brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Ajwala, who died at Ukwala Location, on 5th July, 1996. CAUSE NO. 255 OF 2021 By (1) Jecinter Anyango Odhiambo and (2) Collins Otieno, both of P.O. Box 169, Sigomre in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jilius Magak, who died at Got Osimbo, on 15th June, 1987. CAUSE NO. 295 OF 2021 By Ambrose Ochieng Orodi, of P.O. Box 239, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orodi Oyuga Okoth, who died on 20th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
