TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2021 By Alexius Nyamwanis Otieno, of P.O. Box 103–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salina Ogalo Beki, who died on 8th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2021 By (1) Alice Achieng Ochola, (2) Pitalis Adongo Ochare and (3) Collins Ochieng Onyulo, all of P.O. Box 1–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adongo Sunga Abaki alias Adongo Abaki Sunga, who died on 2nd December, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
