E115 OF 2021 By Veronica Adhiambo Maindi, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Lando Maindi, who died on 26th August, 1986. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2021 By Ruth Awino Oyier, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olga Mwai Oyier alias Olga Muayi Omungu, who died on 20th May, 2014. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2021 By Mary Atieno Migwagi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Migwagi Ondigo, who died on 28th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
