Box 46147–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismail Abdul Aziz Bighba, who died at Nairobi, on 23rd December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2021 By (1) Salma Ismail Abdul Aziz Bighba and (2) Ridhwan Ismail Bighba, both of P.O. Box 46147–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectivelyfor a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hawabibi Ismail Bighba, who died at Nairobi, on 28th April, 2010. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2021 By Mohamed Muin Ahmad Malik alias Mohamed Muin Ud-Din A. Malik, of P.O. Box 40713–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor and trustee of the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Mohamed Zahir Ud-Din Ahmad Malik alias Mohamed Zahir Ud-Din Ahmed Malik, who died at Nairobi, on 4th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
