CONSTRUCTION OF GATUNDU WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE PROJECT – RUABURA WATER SUPPLY INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of section 112 of the Land Act, 2012 and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 9178 of 2020, 1218, 9847 and 9848 of 2021, the National Land Commission, on behalf of Athi Water Works Development Agency (AWWDA), gives notice that inquiry for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for the Construction of Gatundu Water Supply and Sewerage Project - Ruabura Water Supply in Kiambu County shall be held on the dates and places as shown here below: SCHEDULE Plot No. Registered Owner Approximate Area (Ha.)
