THE CONSTITUTION

APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 250 (2) of the
Constitution, as read with section 7 (3) of the Public Service
Commission Act, 2017 and in accordance with the procedure set out
under paragraph 6 of the First Schedule to the Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta,
President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces,
appoint—
ANTHONY MWANIKI MUCHIRI (AMB.)
to be the Chairperson of the Public Service Commission for a period of
six years.
