Mwaura & Kiguatha, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannington Nyongesa Wandili, late of Matasia, Ngong, who died there on 18th February, 2014. Katwa & Kemboy, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Sapuro Kemanaa, late of Kajiado, who died at Pangani, on 5th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2015 By Peter Gichunji Njuguna, of P.O. Box 178, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Kamau, late of Gatundu, who died at St. Jude Nursing Home, on 3rd October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
