Saende & Ochola, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to Joseph Abok Kibuye Wadawi, late of Lavington, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. 1759 OF 2016 By (1) David Mwenda Muthuri and (2) Elizabeth Waithira Maina, both of P.O. Box 35492–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widower and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of Administration intestate to the Estate of Julia Nyambura Mbaki late of Meru Central who died at Thiongo on 26th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
