CAUSE NO. 392 OF 2015 By Joash Orao Chimba, the deceased‘s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Oyolla Chimba, who died at Ojolla, Kisumu, on 16th January, 1982. CAUSE NO. 393 OF 2015 By Florence Achieng Owino, the deceased‘s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ogada Agola alias John William Ogada, who died at Korando ―B‖, on 18th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 394 OF 2015 By (1) Mary Rose Ogana and (2) Maurice Odhiambo Olang, the deceased‘s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Olang‘ Ominde, who died at Korando ―B‖, on 28th March, 1986. CAUSE NO. 1165 OF 2015 By Benter Lusi Okanga, the deceased‘s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewnida Agumba Ogola, who died on 23rd July, 2014.
