TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 688 OF 2015 By (1) Rose Achieng Okina and (2) Edwins Omondi Okuche, both of P.O. Box 99, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okina Esidor, who died at Homa Bay, on 7th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. 1050 OF 2015 By (1) Christopher Josephat Owino and (2) Rose Awino Agengo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Zeff Owino, who died at Katho Location, on 22nd December, 2014. CAUSE NO. 1063 OF 2015 By Collins Ochieng Onyango, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duya Ochola, who died at Korando B., Kisumu District, on 25th August, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
