TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2016 By Sammy Muisyo Kaloki, of P.O. Box 50, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kaloki Nyaa, who died at Kibau, on 6th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. 50 OF 2016 By (1) Richard Mutiso Ndonye and (2) Benson Musyoki Ndonye, both of P.O. Box 502–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndonye Kioko alias Ndonye Kioko, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2016 By (1) Kitonyi Kiilu and (2) Mulei King‘ola, the deceased‘s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasiki Kiilu, who died at Machakos, on 22nd September, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
