TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th January, 2017 532 532 CAUSE NO. 156 OF 2016 By Maluki Mwali, of P.O. Box 184, Kabati in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndii Mwali, who died at Kitui, on 4th August, 1967. CAUSE NO. 220 OF 2016 By Jemimah Nzoka Mutua, of P.O. Box 246, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Nzoka Mutua, who died at District Hospital, Kitui, on 16th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
