CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2016 By Christopher Gichimu Njane, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njane Gichimu, who died who died at Sub-district Hospital, Mpeketoni in Kenya, on 8th July, 1998.
