TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2015 By (1) Bibi Fondo, (2) Kisiwa Katana Fondo and (3) Jumwa Menza Gona, the deceased‘s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Fondo, who died on 14th September, 1996. CAUSE NO. 112 OF 2016 By (1) Margrit Said, (2) Abu Said Bwanamkuu and (3) Ibrahim Said Bwana, the deceased‘s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Bwana Mkuu, who died on 22nd July, 2014. CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2016 By Mumba Gonja Mumba, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gonja Mumba Said, who died on 20th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
