Box 87541–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased‘s children, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of Omar Mohamud Mohamed, who died at Tudor, Mombasa, on 16th April, 2015. 20th January, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 147 OF 2016 By (1) Mkanyi Madzundu Mwawato and (2) Mwawato Madzundu Benzi, both of P.O. Box 8831, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased‘s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elvis Mkanyi Madzundu, who died on 11th April, 2014. CAUSE NO. 176 OF 2016 By (1) Mwende Kyalo Kanyinginyi and (2) Kanyinginyi Kyalo, both of P.O. Box 8831, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyalo Kanyinginyi, who died on 16th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
