TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 805 of 2016 By (1) Pamela Aoko Otuoma and (2) George Otieno Chianda, both of P.O. Box 3010, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuya Owuor alias Julius Chianda Mbuya, who died at Kakwema Chiga Sub-location, Kisumu, on 5th September, 1995. CAUSE NO. 806 OF 2016 By Julius Abuogo Anyango, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Juma Anyango alias Juma Anyango, who died on 4th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
