TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 820 OF 2016 By Peter Otieno Opasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliakim Opasi Adede, who died on 4th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. 859 OF 2016 By (1) Alfred Onyango Olum, (2) Steven Otieno Olum and (3) Dennis Okoth Olum, all of P.O. Box 4052, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonadus Olum Odoyo, who died on 23rd January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
